ChoiceOdds will refund any monies due to you. Please email our customer services department on cs@choiceodds.com quoting “account closure” in the subject line and your login name within the email, and a member of our customer service team will arrange the refund of monies due to you.

ChoiceOdds takes the security of its customers very seriously therefore we may ask for an original bank statement dated within the last three months as proof of address and confirmation of your bank details. Should the balance due to you be greater than £1,000 we will require this statement as a matter of routine.
