We apologise if you have ever received this message. It is a bug in Internet Explorer solved by closing and re-opening your browser. It is quite uncommon but we know IE 6 & 7 can manifest this on occasion. The quickest fix is to install Firefox. We are sorry if this ever occurs to you and are endeavouring to repair the (rare) bug this end anyway.
