Privacy Policy

General

Choice Gaming Limited and all its subsidiaries are bound by the Data Protection Principles contained in the Data Protection Act 1998. The Data Protection laws and regulations place obligations on users of personal data and lay down principles for fair and lawful processing of this information.

This statement describes how we manage the personal information we hold about clients, shareholders and others.

Our Privacy Policy may occasionally be revised to reflect changes in our operations and technologies. The information we hold will be governed by our most current Privacy Policy which will always be accessible through our website.

Why we collect personal information

We are in the business of providing a cutting-edge financial betting service to our clients. We believe that to do this we need to collect certain personal information.

What information do we collect?

The information we collect includes (without limitation) name, date of birth, address and contact details.

What methods do we use to collect this information?

Most of the information we collect comes from either application forms or from maintaining records which are updated during the course of day-to-day customer service contact.

From time to time, we may ask you to voluntarily provide us with information which will help us improve the service we provide you with and to make ourselves more attractive to potential new clients.

If we ask for specific information to fulfil a request made by yourself and you decline to provide us with that information, it is unlikely that we will be able to complete your request to a satisfactory level.

How do we use this information?

Whilst we recognise the need to respect your privacy, we may, from time to time, send you marketing material. We will not "spam" you or send you emails from a third party without your permission. We reserve the right to contact you with information about ChoiceOdds and our services which we think will be of interest to you.

Unless we inform you otherwise, the main purpose of holding your personal information is to improve the service we provide to you. We do this primarily by establishing and maintaining your account, reviewing your individual needs in order to enhance our customer service and products and by providing you with information about opportunities we believe are pertinent to you.

To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

To whom may we distribute this information?

Whilst we do not sell your personal information to third parties, we will need to provide your personal information to payment providers to facilitate transactions on your account. Your personal and banking data is kept completely confidential and will not be shared with any other parties.

Management of personal information

We train all our employees who handle personal information to respect the confidentiality of customer information and the privacy of individuals. Any breach of your privacy will be taken extremely seriously and appropriate penalties will be imposed including, if necessary, dismissal.

How do we store personal information?

Whether you chose to communicate with us via telephone, email or other electronic medium, safeguarding the privacy of your information will always be of paramount importance to us. Your information is held in either secure computer storage facilities or paper-based files. Every effort is made to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

When we consider that the information we hold is no longer needed, we will securely destroy all records.

How do we keep personal information accurate and up-to-date?

In order to provide our clients with the best service possible, it is extremely important to us that we hold accurate and up-to-date information. It is generally acceptable to make changes online or over the telephone however we may occasionally request written confirmation or documentation as proof of the validity of some changes.
